One step left
List your business
The essentials are enough to start. Photos, packages and your full description come afterwards, and nothing goes public until you publish it.
Customize your dashboard
Turn sections on or off, and drag them into the order you work in. It is saved to your account, so your phone and laptop match.
No pending bookings found
When clients submit booking requests or status changes occur, they will appear here.
Pick a conversation
Chat opens as soon as a request arrives and closes if it is declined or canceled.

Block dates
Get paid online
Connect a Stripe account and your invoices get a Pay button — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more. The money goes straight to you — Handled never holds it and takes no cut.
No quotes yet
Start one here, from a booking request, or from a project. Your client accepts it online with no account, and the invoice follows on its own.
Quotes need one more database update:
run supabase/quotes.sql in the Supabase SQL editor.
No invoices yet
Create one from an accepted booking, or from scratch. Each gets a link you can share with the client.
Import from QuickBooks Optional — bring over your clients, services, payments and past invoices.
The file is read on your own device, and only the rows you confirm are saved.
New invoice
One database step first
Run supabase/projects.sql in the Supabase SQL Editor, then reload this page.
New project
One database step first
Run supabase/automations.sql in the Supabase SQL Editor, then reload this page.
No contracts yet
Start from the template, fill in your terms, and send the client a link to sign. You will see here the moment they do.
New contract
No one on your team yet
Add the people who work your events — second shooters, servers, drivers — with their rate.

Log hours
Nothing logged in this period
Log a shift above, or choose a different period at the top.
QuickBooks gets a bill per person for approved and paid hours, one line per shift. Import it under Expenses, and QuickBooks will ask you to confirm the columns and pick the expense account.
In testing. Instagram has not reviewed this yet, so only accounts we have added can connect. Email Handled@HandledBookings.com with your Instagram handle and we will add you.
Instagram only lets Professional accounts share photos with other apps. If yours is a personal account, open Instagram and go to Settings and privacy → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account. It is free, takes a moment, and you can switch back.
Pinning photos needs
supabase/pinned-photos.sql run in the Supabase SQL editor.
Until then the arrows set the order and the first photo is the cover.
No photos yet
Upload a few and your listing will show them instead of the generated artwork. JPG or PNG up to 5 MB, MP4 or MOV up to 50 MB.

DraftVerification
✓ VerifiedOptional, and worth doing: a verified listing carries a badge clients can see. Either one below is enough.
Verification needs
supabase/vendor-verification.sql run in the Supabase SQL editor.
Your business email
An address at your own domain. We send a code to it — that is the whole check.
✓ Confirmed:
Business license
Your UBI certificate. PDF or a photo, up to 10 MB. Only we see it — it is never shown on your listing and never served publicly.
✓ Uploaded.
Waiting on us to check it.
Packages
What you offer at a set price — "Half day", "Ceremony only". These show as cards on your profile, under your photos. Leave them empty if you quote everything from scratch.
No packages yet. Most vendors start with two or three: the one people ask for most, something smaller, something bigger.
Questions for clients
Ask what you need before you can quote — venue, hours, dietary needs. Clients answer on your request form, after their name, date and guests, and the answers arrive with each request.
